The main character of the Rozen Maiden, anime or manga, is Shinku, the fifth doll.
She appears to be the boss-like character in Rozen Maiden, also she has one of the most
funniest characteristics.
Speaking with a kind tone, using girly patterns in her conversations, she is
the true maiden of the Rozen Maiden series.

Long gold hair combined with her red dress and blue eyes, she looks
very beautiful, also a bit cute with the help of the headdress she wears. She has an avarage height,
compared to Suigintou and Kirakishou(Barasuishou in anime).
She has a huge ribbon on her neck, which carries a pink Rose Petal, also she has a pink rod she uses as a sword, and in some cases,
as an arm extension.
 

The maiden look and speech gives you a good first impression about her, until she shows her anger.
She becomes a fearsome character when she is angry, her blue eyes turn into scary e
agle eyes(Another compliment from LoLeRji ). 



Also her approach to the Alice Game is far different from her other sisters, she prefers to make the loser side her
servant, instead of taking their Rosa Mystica.
This actions of hers takes Suigintou's attention and critics, however the only doll servant
she has is Hina Ichigo.



But whatever she does, she is very symphathic and you will find yourself holding her side both in
the anime and the manga.
Having a unique personality, she is very unique by the medium she has, Jun. As told, male mediums are very rare(Souseiseki?).
 


She grows strong feelings about Jun as the story-line continues. With that, she leads all of the Rozen Maidens
that we call "The Jun Team", which includes the characters fighting
at Jun's side, the good side which is trying to stop the Alice war. Also they are appeared to be the
main side the series tells the story to us from.

真紅(Shinku) name is coming from  真(Shin) 紅(Kurenai)

which means True Crimson, full translation to English is; Crimson(Known as Reiner Rubin[Deutch] mostly).
